Day 46: Wait, I'm still confused about Radians.

The kids were still getting lost on what radians are and why we're using them to measure angles. I found this great blog post here about radians that used cut outs to help them see the different fractions a little better.

It worked like magic.

I asked them to form different angles with normal and improper fractions. I also asked how many different ways can we form certain angles. We were able to practice fractions in a way that wasn't quite so scary, and it helped their understanding SO MUCH!

And senior women gave all the teachers sweet treats! :)
